Vivi joins the Villa coaching staff in the fall of 2008 as the JV field hockey coach. She is the proud mother of four daughters, Victoria, Jane, Louise, and Suzy.
Vivi is an alumnae of Villa Duchesne where she was a three sport athlete playing field hockey, basketball, track and softball. In 1979 Vivi received High School All American honors and in 1982 she was selected as a United States Achievement Academy national award recipient. Vivi graduated from Davis and Elkins College where she received her Bachelor of Science degree specializing in physical education. She was a four year starter for their Division 1 nationally ranked field hockey team and the teams leading scorer her sophomore and junior years.
After graduation Vivi coached varsity field hockey and taught physical education at Whitfield School for 15 years. While at Whitfield, Vivi also coached varsity lacrosse, varsity basketball, and 7th and 8th grade soccer. During that time she also coached at various field hockey camps including USFHA Futures program, Champ Camp and started the field hockey camp at Whitfield School.
Vivi is thrilled to be coaching at Villa and to be back in the Sacred Heart community.
