Timothy R. Deines ATC, CSCS has been the full time Athletic Trainer and physical education teacher at Villa Duchesne Oak Hill School since 2000.  Tim is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Tim has played an important role in keeping the athletes at Villa healthy and injury free.  He is there to help with the emergency situations on the field and also promotes fitness and strengthening to the Villa community.  This is the first year Tim will join the Villa Basketball Coaching staff as assistant varsity basketball coach. 

Prior to being at Villa Tim was an athletic trainer for Healthsouth rehabilitation, provided athletic training and strength and conditioning services to the following semi pro organizations; the St. Louis Ambush, St. Louis Vipers and the St. Louis Stampede. 

Tim is a graduate of Truman State University (formerly Northeast Missouri State University).  He graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s of science in exercise science with an emphasis in athletic training.  Tim participated in collegiate swimming, Track (high jumping) and intramural basketball.
